WON is seeking a senior digital designer to own the end-to-end design of high-conversion experiences for premium DTC brands. You will shape the full customer journey, from acquisition to retention, using AI-native workflows and a fast, premium design language.

You will drive the design system, component libraries, and hand-off readiness, collaborating with the VP of Design to ship impactful work that moves metrics like conversion and AOV.

Formación

• 5+ years in digital design, agency or in-house.
• Strong ecommerce / DTC experience.
• Mastery of Figma.
• Experience with AI design tools such as Claude Design or Figma MCP.

This role reports to the VP of Design and works within the design roadmap they set.

What You’ll Own

• End-to-end execution of high-conversion experiences, full customer journey redesigns, and high-performance growth creative, scoped by the design roadmap and delivered in close collaboration with the VP of Design
• The WON design standard: clean, premium, behavior-driven, detail-obsessed, and fast to ship
• Adoption of WON's AI-native design systems, including Claude Design and Figma MCP, to move from concept to shippable work faster
• Automated asset creation built on our Figma component libraries, so variations and scale stop being manual work
• Contributing to the expansion of WON’s design agents and workflows, flagging what should be automated next

• Conversion and AOV move measurably on the experiences you touch
• Customers move further through the funnel because of design decisions you made
• High-quality design ships fast, with less time lost between concept and production
• Component libraries and AI-assisted workflows reduce manual design work over time, not just for you but for the whole team
• Your work becomes the most reliable design output at WON, the standard new hires are measured against

Key Responsibilities

• Design high-conversion sites and landing pages that still feel premium, the kind that belong in the top 1%
• Design the full customer journey: acquisition landing flows, onboarding, collection architecture, PDP storytelling, cart and checkout, retention and member UX
• Design growth creative: paid social landing pages, advertorials, quiz flows, product education, bundles and upsell, offer frameworks that feel intentional, not desperate
• Build and maintain component libraries and design systems that scale across brands and campaigns
• Use Claude Design, Figma MCP, and automated asset generation to reduce production time without reducing quality
• Continuously evaluate your own workflow and flag what should be turned into a repeatable system or agent
• Present work with conviction, backed by session replays, cohort behavior, and voice of customer

Must-Have

• 5+ years in digital design, agency or in-house
• Strong ecommerce / DTC experience
• A portfolio of modern, premium work, not template-driven
• Mastery in Figma
• Strong typography instincts, real ones
• Taste that holds up under scrutiny: you can articulate why a design decision is right, not just that it feels right
• Comfortable being measured by impact, not just output
• Familiarity with AI design tools such as Claude Design or Figma MCP, or genuine interest in building them into your workflow

Nice-to-Have

• Designed for high-end brands (beauty, apparel, wellness, premium food)
• Experience working within Shopify ecosystems
• Built component libraries and design systems from scratch
• Contributed to CRO programs that produced measurable performance gains
