Job summary

Luzern eCommerce seeks a senior eCommerce professional to drive client success for high value accounts. You will lead an accounts team, develop client strategies, and guide execution across marketplaces and D2C channels.

Role requires 5+ years in senior account management, strong leadership, and experience with Amazon/eBay marketing. Competitive compensation and growth opportunities are offered in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of senior account management experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with executive presentation ability.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business/Marketing/Sciences.
• Strategic-level thinking with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple client requirements.
• Experience delegating to internal teams and managing client expectations.

Responsibilities

• Be primary contact for high value clients and manage key accounts.
• Lead Account Managers within the eCommerce Acceleration team and mentor them.
• Understand client strategy and identify opportunities within key accounts.
• Oversee day-to-day activities to ensure successful marketplace and D2C outcomes.
• Provide input to leadership for strategic decisions.
