Luzern eCommerce in Barcelona is seeking a highly organised eCommerce professional to coordinate client workstreams across campaigns, launches, content updates and events. You will plan timelines, track progress and collaborate with internal teams to ensure deliverables meet deadlines.

You will manage account trackers, maintain plans, and develop strong relationships with key clients while driving Amazon vendor and D2C activity in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Qualificações

• 1–3 years' experience in eCommerce, marketplace management, account coordination or similar role.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to evaluate data.
• Excellent planning, time-management and multitasking abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Prioritise, plan and coordinate client workstreams such as campaigns, product launches, content updates and seasonal events, from kick-off to completion.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure tasks are briefed, allocated, followed up and delivered on time.
• Maintain project trackers, action lists and account plans, identifying risks and dependencies early.
• Drive day-to-day activities across accounts and collaborate with supporting teams to execute marketplace objectives.
• Be the primary day-to-day contact for high-value clients, managing expectations and relationships.
