Job summary

TK Elevator is seeking a (Senior) Technical Expert with hands-on Microsoft Dynamics NAV / Business Central experience to join our IT Applications team. The ERP landscape is Navision 2018 across eight countries, with a transformation to Business Central as our cloud-based target platform.

You will design scalable, future-ready solutions and integrations, collaborating with Business Analysts to refine technical requirements and ensure quality through testing and documentation.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, IT, or comparable qualification.
• Several years of experience in Dynamics NAV / Business Central (e.g., Technical Consultant, Solution Architect, Senior Developer).
• Strong expertise in architecture, development, customization, and troubleshooting.
• Experience with AL (ideally also C/AL) and deployment processes.
• Solid understanding of Azure services (APIM, Logic Apps, Functions).
• Experience with API-based integrations in cloud environments.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Strong analytical skills, structured working style, and clear communication.

Responsibilities

• Design scalable solutions and assess technical requirements.
• Ensure a robust, future-ready application and integration landscape including Azure-based APIs (APIM).
• Collaborate with Business Analysts to refine technical requirements (RfCs).
• Drive continuous improvements in performance, scalability and maintainability.
• Design and optimize integrations using Azure services (APIM).
• Provide 3rd-level support for complex incidents (ServiceNow).
• Plan and execute deployments across all environments.
• Maintain technical documentation and knowledge base.
• Monitor system performance, stability, and technical health.
• Identify risks early and define mitigation strategies.
