Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of hands-on experience developing, customizing, and enhancing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM or Customer Engagement solutions.
• Strong practical knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales and the ability to work independently on an established CRM platform.
• Proven ability to understand existing systems quickly, translate business requirements into technical solutions, and deliver new functionality and improvements with minimal supervision.
• Experience in sprint-based development environments, participating in planning and testing activities, and delivering changes through structured release processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to investigate complex issues and implement effective, maintainable solutions.
• Upper-intermediate English proficiency or higher is required, and collaboration within a small team is essential.

• Develop and enhance CRM solutions: design, develop, customize, and maintain Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solutions with a focus on Sales.
• Deliver new functionality by translating business requirements into CRM features and customizations.
• Maintain and optimize the existing CRM platform and its architecture, configuration, and workflows.
• Troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and implement fixes to ensure stability and performance.
• Support integration of Dynamics 365 CRM with external business applications and marketing systems.
• Participate in Agile delivery, including sprint planning, testing, and releases.
