Job summary

IQVIA is seeking a Senior Director to lead composite measures science & integration. This role designs and implements complex measurement solutions by integrating lab, genomic data with patient and clinician outcomes.

It partners with IQVIA Labs and external groups to advance strategy and enable scalable services. The position requires deep expertise in measurement science, drug development, and leadership of multidisciplinary teams, shaping regulatory submissions and real-world study endpoints.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant scientific discipline required; advanced degree preferred.
• At least 15 years of relevant experience in scientific method development, clinical lab or drug-development solutions, and people leadership.
• Comprehensive knowledge of scientific principles, measurement theory, method development, and instrumentation.
• Ability to influence across organizational boundaries and manage multiple workstreams.
• Strong communication skills to engage with clients and senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Direct end-to-end development, validation, integration, and delivery of composite measures combining lab, genomic data with patient- and clinician-reported outcomes.
• Ensure COA and digital-measure data meet scientific, quality, privacy, and regulatory requirements.
• Lead research design, validation protocols, analytical methods, and technical reports.
• Oversee evaluation of laboratory instruments and methods with IQVIA Labs and partners.
• Deliver high-quality clinical research and health care solutions with exceptional client service.
• Use indicators and AI to improve efficiency, scalability, and growth readiness.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives with regulators, clients, and external stakeholders.
