Gartner seeks a Senior Director within the Business and Technology Insights group to lead security- and AI-focused research initiatives. You will produce pragmatic insights, guide client strategies, and present at Gartner events and client meetings.

Formación

• 10+ years in the field or industry with security focus.
• Deep expertise in SAST, DAST, IAST and SCA technologies.
• Experience with AI-enabled application security approaches.
• Ability to travel up to 25% and work in a global, matrixed environment.

Responsabilidades

• Create innovative, must-have insights content and thought leadership.
• Lead analysis to identify client barriers and reframing strategies.
• Deliver high-value presentations for Gartner events and client briefings.
• Provide sales support and act as voice of the market for BTI teams.
• Mentor junior team members and foster cross-team collaboration.
• Represent Gartner’s research methodology to executives and clients.
