Bunge is seeking a Senior Direct Tax & Transfer Pricing Specialist to lead complex direct tax compliance, TP analysis, and governance across assigned regions. You will provide tax technical leadership, support audits, and drive standardization and automation within the global tax function, partnering with local teams and external advisors.

This role requires a strong academic background in finance or taxation, 4+ years in multinational settings, and fluency in English; experience with SAP

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Taxation, or related field.
• Master’s degree or professional tax qualification (preferred, not essential).
• CPA, CA, CFA, or equivalent certification is a plus.
• 4+ years of direct tax and transfer pricing experience in a multinational environment.
• Strong knowledge of corporate income tax, OECD transfer pricing guidelines, and tax compliance requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and review corporate income tax compliance, tax provisions, ETR forecasting, withholding taxes, and year-end tax processes.
• Provide technical expertise on direct tax and transfer pricing matters, including intercompany pricing and transfer pricing documentation.
• Support tax audits and act as a key contact for tax authorities and external advisors.
• Identify tax risks, control gaps, and process improvement opportunities.
• Drive standardization, automation, and knowledge sharing within the tax function.
