Bunge is seeking a Lead Senior Auditor IT to join its Global Internal Audit team in Barcelona. You will lead audit engagements, supervise staff, and drive risk-based IT audits across our global operations, partnering with senior stakeholders and ensuring high-quality findings.

The role requires a Bachelor's in IT/CS, 5+ years IT audit/IT security experience, 3+ years of leadership, and fluency in English; certifications such as CISA or CISSP are preferred.

• 3+ years of leadership or project management experience.
• Fluent English with strong communication and stakeholder management.

• Oversee interviews, reviews, surveys, testing activities, and audit workpapers.
• Direct audit procedures, including risk assessment, issue identification, evidence evaluation, and process documentation.
• Review, coach, and challenge audit teams in developing actionable findings and recommendations.
• Present audit results and advisory recommendations through professional reports and presentations.
• Mentor, coach, and develop audit professionals to strengthen team capabilities and performance.

As a Lead Senior Auditor IT, you will:

• Lead and supervise audit seniors and staff auditors throughout the audit lifecycle.
• Oversee interviews, documentation reviews, surveys, testing activities, and audit workpapers.
• Direct audit procedures, including risk assessment, issue identification, evidence evaluation, and process documentation.
• Review, coach, and challenge audit teams in developing actionable findings and recommendations.
• Facilitate opening and closing meetings with local and global management teams.
• Monitor audit progress, budgets, and timelines while providing regular updates to project sponsors and leadership.
• Present audit results and advisory recommendations through professional reports and presentations.
• Build strong relationships with auditees, business leaders, and key stakeholders across the organization.
• Contribute to enterprise risk assessments and annual audit planning activities.
• Represent Global Internal Audit on cross-functional project teams and management committees.
• Mentor, coach, and develop audit professionals to strengthen team capabilities and performance.

What You'll Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, MIS, or related field.
• 5+ years' experience in IT Audit, IT Consulting, IT Security, Technology Risk, or IT Management.
• 3+ years of leadership or project management experience.
• Strong knowledge of IT auditing, risk management, and internal controls.
• Experience with SAP, ERP systems, ITGCs, Cybersecurity, SOX/COSO, Governance, Privacy, Infrastructure, SDLC, or OT Security.
• Fluent English. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Preferred Certifications: CISA, CISSP, CIA, CPA, or equivalent.
