Santander is seeking a Senior Digital Product Manager for the Decide & Invest mission within Savings & Investments. You will own the vision, strategy and end-to-end digital investment experience across markets and channels, shaping a scalable platform for millions of Santander customers.

You will collaborate with local banks, technology teams and senior stakeholders to balance global standardisation with local adaptability, delivering customer-centric digital capabilities.

Formación

• 8+ years of relevant experience in digital product management or similar roles.
• Experience owning digital products with cross-functional and international stakeholders.
• Strong background in digital banking, wealth management, fintech, or online platforms.
• Experience leading multi-country digital initiatives and agile delivery.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to translate complex concepts into actionable strategies and roadmaps.

Responsabilidades

• Define vision, strategy and roadmap for Decide & Invest mission.
• Lead end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery to delivery and optimisation.
• Coordinate product owners, countries, tech teams and stakeholders for scalable delivery.
• Ensure product adoption, rollout and regulatory/compliance alignment across markets.
• Define success metrics and monitor KPIs across customer and business outcomes.
