Santander is seeking a Senior Digital Product Manager for the Decide & Invest mission within Savings & Investments. You will own the vision, strategy and end-to-end digital investment experience across markets and channels, shaping a scalable platform for millions of Santander customers.

You will collaborate with local banks, technology teams and senior stakeholders to balance global standardisation with local adaptability, delivering customer-centric digital capabilities.

Formación

• 8+ years of relevant experience in digital product management or similar roles.
• Experience owning digital products with cross-functional and international stakeholders.
• Strong background in digital banking, wealth management, fintech, or online platforms.
• Experience leading multi-country digital initiatives and agile delivery.

is looking for a Senior Digital Product Manager - Decide & Invest, based in Boadilla (Madrid).

As a Senior Digital Product Manager, you will own one of the core customer missions within Santander's global Savings & Investments platform: Decide & Invest.

You will define the vision, strategy and evolution of the end-to-end digital investment experience, helping millions of Santander customers discover, decide and execute investments across multiple markets and channels.

We're transforming the way customers save and invest through innovation, AI, customer-centric design and global platforms. This role offers a unique opportunity to build products at global scale with direct business impact.

Working at the intersection of business, customer experience, data and technology, you will lead one of the most strategic product areas within the Savings & Investment platform, driving innovation while ensuring a consistent, scalable and customer-centric experience across countries.

You will partner closely with local banks, technology teams, Product Owners and senior stakeholders to translate strategic priorities into tangible customer value, shaping the future of Santander's digital investment capabilities.

You will play a key role in building Santander's global digital investment platform, designing scalable capabilities that can be adopted across multiple countries while remaining flexible enough to address local regulatory, business and customer needs. Your challenge will be to balance global standardisation with local adaptability, enabling faster time-to-market, greater reuse of capabilities and a consistent customer experience across the Group.

In this role you will:

Product Strategy, Vision & Definition

• Analyse customer needs, competitors, market trends and business priorities. Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and simplify investment journeys.
• Own the vision, strategy and roadmap for the Decide & Invest customer mission.
• Define and continuously evolve the end-to-end customer journey, covering onboarding, profiling, suitability, portfolios, investment execution and servicing.
• Design omnichannel-oriented experiences across channels, while giving response to different customer segments’ needs.
• Translate product strategy into detailed functional requirements.
• Deliver a unified investment experience across investment capabilities.
• Balance customer needs, business priorities and technical constraints to maximise customer and business value.

Customer Experience & Journey Optimisation

• Simplify investment journeys and improve customer experience through data-driven product decisions.
• Design intuitive investment journeys that increase conversion and reduce friction throughout the investment process.
• Challenge existing processes to make Regulatory and Compliance requirements as simple, intuitive and customer friendly as possible while ensuring full regulatory compliance.
• Continuously identify customer pain points and convert them into product opportunities.
• Drive consistency across journeys, channels and markets.
• Act as the voice of the customer, translating customer needs into product strategy and roadmap priorities.

Product Delivery

• Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from discovery and prioritisation to delivery and continuous optimisation.
• Coordinate Product Owners, countries, technology teams and business stakeholders to ensure scalable global delivery.
• Manage dependencies, risks and cross-functional alignment across multiple initiatives.
• Ensure product adoption and rollout across countries.
• Promote collaboration across customer missions to deliver a seamless end-to-end investment experience.

Product Performance

• Define product success metrics and monitor customer, business and operational KPIs.
• Drive product adoption, rollout and change management across countries.
• Identify opportunities for optimisation, innovation and continuous improvement.
• Monitor market trends, competitor initiatives and emerging technologies, translating insights into product strategy.
• Manage internal and external partners where required.

Professional Experience

• 8+ years of relevant experience as a Product Manager, Senior Product Owner, Program Manager or similar role in digital environments.
• Experience owning digital products or leading complex digital initiatives with cross-functional and international stakeholders.
• Strong background in digital banking, wealth management, fintech, e-commerce or online platforms.
• Experience leading complex, multi-country digital initiatives.
• Solid understanding of Agile delivery and digital product development.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including interaction with senior profiles.
• Ability to translate complex concepts into clear, actionable strategies and roadmaps.
• Good understanding of technology concepts and development principles.
• Strong product mindset with the ability to combine strategic thinking, customer obsession and hands-on execution.
• UX-oriented with high attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational and prioritization skills.

Education

• University degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Data, Technology or related fields (Preferred)

Languages

• Fluent English and Spanish (Required).
