Boehringer Ingelheim's IT Marketing & Sales organization is seeking a Senior IMPS Framework Lead to own the technical integrity and governance of the IMPS Framework across Digital Health initiatives. You will lead architecture reviews, define core capabilities, and drive cloud-native, API-first solutions with a focus on security, regulatory compliance, and scalable delivery.

This role requires strong leadership across internal teams and partners, fluent English, and a track record of delivering

Formación

• Experience designing, extending or governing modular software frameworks or enterprise platforms.
• Hands-on Java or Kotlin, Spring Boot, React, Kafka, PostgreSQL.
• Cloud-native engineering with AWS/OpenShift/Kubernetes, CI/CD, DevSecOps.
• Experience with Software as a Medical Device or regulated digital-health solutions.
• Knowledge of IEC 62304, ISO 14971 and ISO 13485.
• Fluent English.

Responsabilidades

• Own the IMPS Framework architecture, roadmap, and governance.
• Define core capabilities and reusable components for digital health.
• Lead architecture reviews for cloud-native, API-first solutions.
• Embed security, privacy, and regulatory compliance by design.
