Job summary

Gaming Innovation Group in Madrid is seeking an experienced SRE/DevOps professional to design, deploy, and maintain highly available gaming platform infrastructure. You will focus on automation, monitoring, and reliability to meet strict SLAs within a scaled environment.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure operability, scalability, and performance, shaping our CI/CD pipelines and container orchestration practices for multi-node deployments.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience as SRE/DevOps with a CS degree.
• Proven track record running multi-node web apps and microservices.
• Experience with persisted key/value stores like ETCD or Redis.
• Strong CI/CD experience: Github Actions and Jenkins.
• Experience with Argo CD and Kubernetes ecosystems.

Responsibilities

• Own health, performance, and capacity of gaming platform services.
• Monitor core gaming platform to ensure SLAs are met.
• Automate infrastructure and services through configuration and code.
• Develop and optimize monitoring and telemetry of systems.
• Assist in rollouts and deployments of new features.
• Create tools to enable rapid deployment and observability at scale.
• Collaborate with development teams to design operable platforms.
• Drive standardization across teams and services.
