ING Hubs Spain seeks a Senior DevOps Engineer to join the GTM security team, delivering automation, cloud deployments, and threat‑driven tooling. You will translate complex cyber threats into scalable, data‑driven solutions while collaborating across geographies.

You will design end‑to‑end cloud architectures, maintain CI/CD pipelines, and contribute to security governance within a fast‑growing hub. Fluency in English and strong automation skills are essential.

Formación

• A degree in Computer Science or related discipline, or equivalent hands‑on experience in cloud engineering, DevOps, system administration, or cybersecurity.
• Strong Python development skills for automation, integrations, and tooling.
• Experience deploying and supporting cloud‑based solutions, preferably in Azure and GCP.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (preferably Terraform) and DevOps practices.
• Solid understanding of cloud platforms, networking, system administration, infrastructure architecture, and CISO orgs in mid‑ to large‑scale enterprises.
• English level - B2. Relevant Cloud, DevOps, or Cybersecurity certifications are an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Design and implement automations to detect, prioritize, and investigate cyber threats.
• Transform large‑scale security telemetry into actionable insights for GTM and exec decision‑making.
• Automate and accelerate threat analysis using standard and custom tooling.
• Deploy, operate, and optimize cloud infrastructure (Azure/GCP), focusing on scalability and cost efficiency.
• Enforce and improve security and DevOps best practices within the team.
• Maintain monitoring and resilience of owned infrastructure for high availability.
• Develop and maintain Python automation, scripts, and integrations.
• Communicate solutions clearly with technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Leverage AI/automation to streamline threat intelligence workflows.
