ING Hubs Spain is seeking a Senior Cybersecurity Platform Engineer to join our team. You will maintain and extend the platform's tooling, automate deployments, and integrate SIEM and EDR capabilities in a primarily Azure-based environment.

You will collaborate with security, networking, and DevOps colleagues to design scalable patch management and automation, while advancing your Linux, Windows, and scripting skills in a dynamic, flexible work setting. Fluency in English is expected.

Formación

• 5+ years of IT infrastructure engineering experience.
• Advanced knowledge of Linux (RHEL) automation and performance tuning.
• Knowledge of Windows Server (AD, Group Policy) and automation.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain, troubleshoot and develop cybersecurity platform tools.
• Implement new solutions and ongoing development.
• Create and maintain documentation.
• Maintain and optimize RHEL and Windows infrastructure.
• Design patch management processes and automation.
• Build complex pipelines and integrations with Azure DevOps.
• Collaborate across security, networking, architecture and DevOps teams.

We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Cybersecurity Platform Engineer to join our Team at ING Hubs Spain

Your key responsibilities:

As a Cybersecurity Platform Engineer, you will:

• Tools maintenance, troubleshooting and development.
• New solutions implementation and development.
• Creating and maintaining documentation.
• Advanced maintenance and development of RHEL and Windows-based infrastructure.
• Designing and optimizing patch management processes and automation solutions.
• Creating complex pipelines and integrations within Azure DevOps / Azure environment.
• Cross-team collaboration with security, networking, architecture, and DevOps teams.

What are we looking for?

• You have at least 5 years of engineering experience in IT infrastructure roles,
• You have advanced knowledge of Linux (RHEL) – automation, troubleshooting, performance tuning
• You have at least basic knowledge of Windows Server – Active Directory, Group Policy, automation.
• You have experience with automation tools and technologies (Ansible, PowerShell DSC, Bash/PowerShell scripting).
• You have strong knowledge of Azure and CI/CD practices (Azure DevOps Pipelines, YAML),
• Hands-on experience with EDR solutions, preferably Microsoft Defender for Endpoint.
• Hands-on experience with SIEM platforms (e.g. Splunk, Sentinel, Elastic, ArcSight, Chronicle).
• You are fluent in English both spoken and written (minimum B2),
