Bhoem in Spain is seeking an experienced Fashion Designer focused on outerwear and tailoring to lead end-to-end design and development, from concept through production. You will drive trend-led concepts, coordinate with global manufacturing partners, and balance creativity with cost, quality and margins.

You will own tech packs, fittings, and supplier communications, translating market insights into wearable products for a high-street retail context.

Formación

• 5–8 years of Fashion Design experience in outerwear and tailoring.
• Experience with offshore/long-lead suppliers preferred.
• Strong freehand illustration and garment construction knowledge.

Responsabilidades

About the Role

At Bhoem, we are looking for an experienced and visionary Fashion Designer specialising in Outerwear and Tailoring, with 5–8 years of industry experience. This is a pivotal role for a creative leader with a sharp eye for trends and a strong background in end-to-end product development.

You will take full ownership of collections from initial concept through to final production, working closely with global manufacturing partners. With a strong instinct for fashion and a refined understanding of tailoring and outerwear, you will deliver innovative, commercially successful ranges that balance creativity with precision, quality, and margin.

Role Purpose

The Designer leads the end-to-end design and development process for their assigned department, delivering a balanced, trend-led, and commercially successful product offer. You will drive constant newness while maintaining a clear focus on price architecture, margin and customer relevance.

Role Responsibilities

Design & Creative Leadership

• Own the design, development, and delivery of trend-led, commercially viable outerwear and tailoring collections
• Drive seasonal concepts through compelling mood boards, colour palettes, fabric direction, and trend storytelling
• Conduct in-depth research across global markets, including trends, silhouettes, trims, finishes, and innovative materials
• Translate catwalk and market insights into wearable, brand-aligned product

Technical & Product Development

• Take full ownership of the product lifecycle from concept through to final production
• Create detailed design briefings and comprehensive tech packs for suppliers
• Lead prototype evaluations, fittings, and sample approvals, ensuring precision in fit, construction, and finish
• Work closely with suppliers to refine designs, troubleshoot issues, and maintain quality standards

Commercial & Supplier Management

• Design with a strong commercial mindset, ensuring all products meet target price points and margin requirements
• Build and maintain strong relationships with international vendors, primarily across Asia
• Proactively resolve any costing, construction, or production challenges

Technical Requirements

• 5–8 years’ experience as a Fashion Designer, specialising in Outerwear and Tailoring.
• Proven experience within a high street retailer or supplier, with a strong commercial mindset
• Demonstrated experience working with offshore / long-lead suppliers, particularly within Asia
• Strong technical capability, including tech pack creation, garment construction, and fitting processes
• Excellent freehand illustration and technical drawing skills
• Strong awareness of the retail landscape, including trends, competitors, and market opportunities
• Fluent English (written and spoken) for daily international communication
• Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and product lines concurrently
• Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to influence stakeholders
• Exceptional attention to detail and a proactive, solution-focused mindset
