Wizeline in Spain is seeking a Senior Product Designer to shape scalable design systems. You will build new components, refine existing ones, and maintain our Figma libraries so other designers can work efficiently.

You will create clear documentation, support design tokens and theming for multi-brand applications, and partner with engineering to ensure design-to-code alignment while working independently within the core team.

Formación

• 4+ years of product design experience with focus on design systems.
• Portfolio showing design systems work—building components, documenting patterns.
• Strong Figma skills including component architecture, variants, auto-layout, and variables.
• Experience with design tokens enabling theming, consistency, and multi-brand support.
• Solid understanding of typography, spacing, color, and interaction patterns.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and integrating accessibility into design.
• Strong documentation skills and guidelines that are actually read.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Design, HCI, or related field.

Responsabilidades

• Build and refine components for product team needs and edge cases.
• Maintain and organize our Figma libraries for clarity and reuse.
• Create clear documentation to help designers understand component usage.
• Work with design tokens and Figma variables to support theming and multi-brand needs.
