Job summary

World Courier GDATS seeks a seasoned Product Owner to own and evolve a portfolio of legacy and enabling technologies supporting global depot, warehouse, vendor, and finance workflows. You will translate complex operational needs into well-defined user stories and drive agile delivery with cross‑functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field required.
• Master's degree preferred.
• 10+ years in product management or related field.
• 5+ years in a management capacity.

Responsibilities

• Co-own and manage the product backlog for legacy and enabling tech platforms.
• Drive agile delivery with engineering, delivery, and business teams.
• Translate operations, finance, compliance, and vendor needs into defined user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Align product vision with depot operations, finance applications, and enterprise systems.
