Celonis is seeking a Lead AI Deployment Architect to design, deploy, and scale AI-driven processes for global clients. You will work across product, engineering, and GTM teams to standardize solutions and deliver value at scale.

Responsibilities include architecting end-to-end AI deployments, aligning senior stakeholders with enterprise AI strategy, and leading lighthouse projects from pilot to production. Strong Python and collaboration skills are essential.

Formación

• Experience developing AI solutions for enterprises, with a portfolio of use cases solving real-world problems.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and attention to detail, with a track record of delivering high-quality solutions under tight deadlines.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience in production level acceptance testing, delivering end-to-end solutions.

Responsabilidades

• Architect & Deploy: Prototype, develop, and scale end-to-end AI solutions tailored to customer needs, leveraging Python, LLM-based architectures (RAG), and Machine Learning models.
• Strategic Alignment: Pitch the Celonis AI value proposition to C-level stakeholders, aligning our Process Intelligence capabilities with their broader enterprise AI strategy.
• Scale Innovation: Identify high-impact AI use cases across the Celonis platform and package them into scalable, repeatable offerings (e.g., via the Machine Learning Workbench).
• Lead "Lighthouse" Projects: Define and execute the technical roadmap for AI Lighthouse customers, ensuring successful value realization from pilot to production.
• Cross-Functional Feedback: Act as the technical voice of the customer, collaborating with Product & Engineering to influence the roadmap for AI Agents and automation capabilities.
• Enablement & Evangelism: Train internal teams on AI deployment best practices and share success stories to elevate the organization’s technical maturity.
• Full-Stack Implementation: Design and architect deployments that seamlessly integrate AI, Process Intelligence, and Automation into complex enterprise IT landscapes.
