Nestlé in Barcelona is seeking an experienced Demand and Supply Planner to manage intermarket networks (Italy and France) and build an 18‑month production plan considering capacity, shifts and materials. You will develop the 18‑month demand plan with Sales and Marketing, drive optimization of lot sizes and cycle times, and ensure supply at target working capital while delivering KPIs.

• Engineering or economics degree required.
• High level of Excel and Power BI skills.
• Fluent English and Spanish; strong communication abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Create an 18-month production plan considering capacity, shifts and materials for two factories.
• Develop the 18-month demand plan with Sales and Marketing.
• Challenge manufacturing to optimize lot sizes and cycle times to reduce FG inventory.
• Analyze intermarket supply plan and dispatch requirements for Italy and France.
• Create an optimized replenishment plan for raw and packaging materials over 18 months.
