Ditto, a digital trust platform, seeks a Senior Demand Generation Manager in Barcelona to own strategy and build pipelines across channels. You’ll engage buying groups, work with sales, and scale campaigns using AI and modern tools.

You will lead multi-channel programs, optimize SEO/AEO, and leverage HubSpot for nurturing, scoring and reporting, while collaborating with product marketing and content teams.

Formación

• 5+ years in demand generation or related role.
• Experience in B2B SaaS and regulated industries is a plus.
• Fluent Spanish and business-level English, written and spoken.

Responsabilidades

• Own the demand generation strategy, plan and budget and be accountable for results.
• Generate high-quality demand across the buying group and influence pipeline beyond MQL.
• Run ABM programs with target accounts and multi‑stakeholder engagement.
• Lead multi‑channel campaigns across paid search, SEO/AEO, LinkedIn ads, email, webinars and events.
• Build and optimise search visibility with an agency; grow presence in AI-driven answer engines.
• Drive paid media performance and manage spend to meet pipeline targets.
• Utilise HubSpot for nurture journeys, lead scoring, segmentation and reporting.
• Support outbound with sequences and messaging aligned to campaigns.
• Design quick test-and-learn campaigns; measure results and scale successful ideas.
• Apply growth hacking, automation and AI to accelerate pace and scale.
