Job summary

Suade Labs is seeking a Senior Delivery Manager to lead complex, multi-jurisdictional regulatory reporting implementations for global financial institutions. You will oversee cross-functional teams, mentor delivery professionals and ensure on-time, high-quality delivery.

This senior client-facing role requires sound judgement, risk management and the ability to translate regulatory obligations into actionable delivery plans while continually improving delivery processes.

Qualifications

• 7+ years' experience delivering large-scale or multi-client implementations within regulatory reporting or RegTech, to include SaaS solutions.
• Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks, data architecture and banking products.
• Proven ability to translate complex regulatory obligations into structured delivery plans.
• Exceptional communication, presentation and stakeholder management capability.
• Experience mentoring delivery professionals and supporting their progression.
• Strong organisational discipline and resilience under pressure, with a detail-focused approach.

We are looking for a Senior Delivery Manager to lead complex, multi-jurisdictional regulatory reporting implementations. This is a senior client-facing role requiring sound judgement, delivery discipline and the ability to guide both clients and internal teams through the full project lifecycle. You will oversee multiple implementations, mentor junior delivery managers and contribute to the continuous improvement of our delivery approach.
