CHAMP Cargosystems is seeking a Senior Delivery Business Analyst/ Solution Architect to identify and refine business needs, translate them into functional requirements, and oversee testing and implementation of delivered solutions. The role covers end-to-end solution design, validation of customer requirements, and mentorship within the team.

Location: Spain preferred; flexible approach with Luxembourg and UK applicants considered, subject to local employment rules.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree requirement across CS/Math/Business/Engineering.
• 8+ years of experience in business analysis or related field.
• Experience with Business Process Modeling tools preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Represent CHAMP in internal and external groups from pre-sales to post sales and customer acceptance testing.
• Analyze and document customer requirements and business processes.
• Perform functional gap analysis with respect to standard product offerings at pre- and post-sales.
• Provide insight to management on delivery timelines for identified gaps.
• Prepare specifications to provide statements of work for bids or changes.
• Liaise with Engineering to determine effort, feasibility and scheduling; assist pre-sales activities.
• Manage customer technical expectations and sign off on activations.
• Lead end-to-end solution design and drive go-live readiness and handover to support.
