Job summary

Novartis Farmacéutica, S.A. is seeking a Senior Data Product Manager, Digital Finance, to shape the vision, roadmap and delivery of enterprise Finance data products that analytics and AI can trust and reuse.

The role leads data capabilities from strategy through development, collaborating with Finance, Digital and data teams to translate priorities into scalable products. You will drive product discovery, governance and measurable outcomes, ensuring data quality, security and responsible AI,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
• Significant product management experience, including ownership of enterprise data products, platforms or analytics capabilities.
• Proven ability to define product vision, manage value-based roadmaps and deliver measurable outcomes.
• Strong understanding of enterprise Finance processes, controls, KPIs and end-to-end data flows.
• Strong business partnering, stakeholder management and communication skills, connecting Finance priorities with data and technology teams.
• Good knowledge of modern data platforms, including lakehouses, warehouses, data pipelines, contracts, lineage and observability.
• Working knowledge of structured query language and platforms such as Snowflake or Databricks, enabling effective partnership with technical teams.
• Understanding of data governance and responsible artificial intelligence, including data quality, security, guardrails, evaluation and human oversight.

Expected Annual Base Salary Range for role: 59,100 - 109,700 EUR gross.

The base salary offered is determined based on gender-neutral objectives, such as relevant skills, competencies and experience in accordance with the Novartis pay setting policy and upon joining Novartis will be reviewed periodically.

In addition to your base salary, you may be eligible for a performance-based bonus depending on certain performance parameters.
