Job summary

Graitec is expanding its Data & AI function with a hands-on Data Platform Engineer who will build and operate the Microsoft Fabric data lake, pipelines and governance. You will integrate data from Dynamics 365, CRM and telemetry, design a layered data model, and ensure secure access and cost-efficient operation across environments.

You will work with IT Operations, BI developers and R&D to enable analytics and AI-ready data, while driving scalable, auditable data pipelines and documentation.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in SQL and Python/PySpark for analytics.
• Experience with data modeling for analytics and BI.
• Hands-on with Microsoft Fabric, Lakehouse, and data pipelines.
• Familiarity with ERP/CRM data integration and telemetry
• CI/CD, Git and DevOps practices for data platforms.

Responsibilities

• Design, build and run the Microsoft Fabric platform for data and BI.
• Ingest data from Dynamics 365, CRM, licensing and telemetry.
• Create layered data models turning raw data into reusable datasets.
• Implement security, governance and privacy controls across platforms.
• Collaborate with R&D, BI developers, and IT to enable AI data.
• Maintain cost efficiency, capacity planning and deployment pipelines.
