Job summary

Roche España is seeking a Senior Data Management & Governance Specialist to lead data governance and quality foundations across IT operations, enabling agentic AI, intelligent automation, and data-driven IT decisions.

You will define data definitions, resolve data issues, ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations, and collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to strengthen trust in the data environment.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience leading data governance projects.
• Experience with IT4IT and CSDM preferred.
• Strong knowledge of data privacy laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead data governance policies aligned with IT4IT value streams.
• Develop data standards and data models for IT data entities across IT4IT value streams.
• Diagnose root causes of data quality issues in IT operations.
• Implement proactive data quality frameworks following Enterprise Data Strategy guidelines.
• Collaborates with departments to ensure compliance and clear communications with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Oversee complex data governance systems and data lineage across multiple business units.
