MediaRadar is seeking a Senior Data Governance Leader to drive the operational transformation of our global governance function. You will partner with Data Operations, ML teams, and international hubs to establish core quality baselines and scalable taxonomy and MDM structures.

Formación

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Data Governance, MDM, Data Quality, or Data Architecture.
• Proven experience building and operationalizing data governance foundations, taxonomies, and MDM frameworks from the ground up.
• Hands-on experience maintaining taxonomies, controlled vocabularies, business glossaries, or rule libraries.
• Strong attention to detail and comfort with structured data, spreadsheets, and governance tooling.
• Ability to translate governance decisions into precise, testable rules.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Author, maintain, and version enterprise taxonomies, business term definitions, and master data hierarchies to consolidate legacy structures.
• Translate governance strategies into structured, testable data quality rules with consistent rule IDs.
• Run routine rule-library analysis to detect duplicates, conflicts, and coverage gaps.
• Maintain metadata, documentation, and change history for traceability.
• Prepare reference data and golden-record candidates for governance certification.
• Produce documentation and quick-reference guides for stewards and analysts.
• Assist in preparing governance reporting, dashboards, and stakeholder updates.
