Avenga is seeking an experienced Data Engineering Practitioner to join a healthcare-focused project. You will design and implement complex data solutions, set technical standards, and mentor junior engineers as part of a globally distributed team.

You will lead scalable data warehouses and data lakes, tackle advanced ETL/ELT patterns, and ensure security and resilience of critical data infrastructure while aligning with senior leaders on data strategy.

Formación

• Extensive experience leading the design, implementation, and construction of complex data engineering solutions and large-scale data architectures.
• Proven track record leading high-impact projects shaping enterprise-level data infrastructure.
• Demonstrated experience contributing to data governance and ensuring resilience and security of critical data infrastructure.
• Expert proficiency in multiple programming languages and Big Data technologies.
• Knowledge of Talend.
• Deep expertise in distributed data systems, cloud data platforms, and ETL/ELT patterns.
• Strong AWS expertise.
• Strong Database expertise.
• Scrum Master expertise would be beneficial.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the design and construction of large-scale data architectures, mentoring junior engineers and setting team standards.
• Solve highly complex data engineering problems and optimize performance for scalable data infrastructure.
• Liaise with senior leadership to align on data strategy and guide technical teams and architectural decisions.
• Lead high-impact projects shaping the organization’s data infrastructure and data governance initiatives.
• Manage enterprise-level data systems and implement advanced data processing frameworks, data warehouses and data lakes.
