Grupo Santander is seeking a Senior Data Engineer to design and optimize large-scale Spark-based data pipelines for analytics, ML, and decision-making. You will work with data engineering, data science, ML and business teams to deliver robust data products in banking environments, with a focus on data quality and scalable cloud solutions.

The role requires hands-on Spark experience (Scala preferred), strong SQL, and cloud platform proficiency (AWS).

Formación

• Hands-on Spark experience in real projects (Scala preferred).
• Strong PySpark/Spark SQL or Spark-based processing skills.
• Solid SQL and relational databases experience.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop and optimize large-scale data pipelines with Apache Spark (Scala/Spark).
• Build batch and near-real-time processing solutions for high-volume data environments.
• Create reliable datasets for Analytics, Data Science, ML and business teams.
