Q-tech Recruitment Consultants, S.L. in Madrid is seeking a Senior Data Engineer to design robust data pipelines and drive Snowflake-based architectures.

You will collaborate with governance teams and product owners to deliver scalable data products, ETL/ELT pipelines with dbt, Python, and Terraform.

This on-site/hybrid role requires strong English and a track record in data modeling and cloud platforms.

Formación

• 10+ years of experience in data engineering.
• Advanced Snowflake expertise (architecture, performance tuning).
• Strong dbt proficiency (models, macros, testing and deployment).
• Advanced Python skills for pipeline development.
• Enterprise data modeling experience (dimensional modeling, SCD, Data Vault).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (GCP preferred).
• Experience with data governance tools.
• Financial services domain knowledge is a plus.
• Fluent English.
• Ability to leverage AI tools responsibly to optimize workflows.

Responsabilidades

• Define data contracts, quality expectations and monitoring alerts.

At Q-tech, we\'re hiring a Senior Data Engineer (Snowflake) to join a data infrastructure team that lays the secure, scalable and trustworthy foundation for storing, processing and distributing critical data at a leading international financial services firm.

Location: Madrid / Hybrid work model.
