Ebury is seeking a Senior Data Analyst for the Treasury domain, based in Málaga or Madrid with a hybrid work model (4 days in office, 1 day from home). You will help develop and maintain Ebury’s Data Platform, enabling Treasury decision-making, monitoring positions and regulatory reporting, and driving AI-powered data automation across the organisation.

Formación

• 6+ years of experience in Data/Business Analytics, applied to Treasury or Finance is a plus.
• Advanced SQL skills - read and write complex SQL queries.
• Experience working with AI and building agentic workflows.
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills with excellent attention to detail.
• The ability to manage, organise and present data clearly and concisely.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
• Track record of autonomous work with good time management.
• Fluency in English.
• Financial Services/Capital Markets experience (FX, Payments, Money Markets, Treasury Management) is a plus.

• Manage end-to-end treasury solutions across all jurisdictions from requirements gathering to delivering reports to stakeholders and auditors.
• Maintain and build dashboards and visualisations on the data platform using BI tools for Treasury teams to monitor reporting and controls.

Senior Data Analyst - Treasury

Location: Málaga or Madrid (Spain) - Hybrid: 4 days in the office, 1 day working from home per week

Ebury’s strategic growth plan would not be possible without our Data Analytics & Reporting team and we are seeking a Senior Data Analyst to join our Treasury domain!

Our data mission is to develop and maintain Ebury’s Data Platform and serve it to the whole company. This platform is the backbone of Ebury: it supports internal decision making, allows us to monitor our Treasury positions and risks, comply with regulatory reporting obligations and enables commercial opportunities globally.

The Data team works closely with Treasury, Product and Tech teams to coordinate and implement data analysis initiatives helping the Cash management, ALM and Treasury Reporting teams. Some of the projects we are currently working on include: MtM valuations reconciliation with our Treasury reporting system to ensure completeness and accuracy in our Financial statements , cash operational charges data analysis to reduce Treasury costs, liquidity data analysis to help ALM team manage daily liquidity obligations, and building AI agentic workflows to automate routine data operations and decision support , and many many more!

As part of the team you will

• Be responsible for modelling data in our collaborative data platform to perform critical Treasury data analysis and build reports and reconciliations for the Treasury domain
• Design, build, and maintain robust AI agentic workflows and analytical tools to automate and enhance Treasury data processes and decision-making
• Manage end-to-end treasury solutions across all jurisdictions of the company from requirements gathering, building optimised data models and delivering the reports to our treasury stakeholders and auditors
• Maintain and build dashboards and visualisations on the data platform using our BI tools for Treasury teams to monitor reporting and controls

What we’re looking for
