Job summary

GameHouse+ (GH+) is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to join our subscription mobile game ecosystem. You will partner with Product, Game Teams, Growth and LiveOps to translate data into decisions that improve retention and lifetime value across 100+ games.

You’ll design and analyze experiments, build dashboards, and share insights in a clear, accessible way. Our flat, collaborative culture values curiosity, kindness, and pragmatic impact.

Qualifications

• Several years of experience in data analytics, product analytics, or a similar role.
• Advanced SQL and solid R/Python skills for exploratory analysis and statistics.
• Hands-on experience designing and analyzing A/B tests; understanding of applied statistics.
• Clear dashboards in Looker, Metabase, Periscope or similar.
• Product and player mindset with portfolio-level thinking.
• Ability to explain insights to different audiences.
• Pragmatic, impact-focused with balance of rigor and speed.
• Collaborative by nature, sharing knowledge and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Understand our subscribers: surface insights to improve retention and long-term value.
• Portfolio & cross-game thinking: understand how the catalog works as a whole.
• Discovery & platform insights: analyze non-linear funnels, recommendations, cross-promotions.
• Design and analyze A/B tests with product and game teams.
• Turn data into stories: communicate findings clearly.
• Dashboards that people actually use: visibility into subscriber/game health.
• Learn and build as a team with analysts, data scientists and engineers.
• Support a data-literate culture across the organization.
