Social Point seeks a Principal Data Analyst to partner with game teams and shape product strategy through data-driven decisions that boost engagement and monetization.

You will mentor analysts, elevate analytics standards, and collaborate on data tooling, pipelines, and best practices while translating complex insights into clear stories for senior leadership.

Formación

• Experience in analytics or data science roles, ideally in gaming, mobile apps, or digital products.
• Strong business sense and product intuition; ability to prioritize what matters.
• Solid experience with A/B testing, causal inference, and experimentation design.
• Background in applied statistics; Bayesian methods are a plus.
• Expert proficiency in SQL and Python for data exploration and analysis.
• Excellent communication skills with experience influencing senior stakeholders.
• Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience with visualization tools like Tableau, Looker, or similar.
• Experience mentoring or leading other analysts is a big plus.
