Joppy is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to partner with Operations and Product teams, turning complex business challenges into clear analyses and strategic recommendations that improve customer experience.

You will collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to design experiments, define metrics, and present findings to senior leaders, while building robust data abstractions with dbt, Airflow, and BI tools.

Formación

• At least 4 years of experience working cross-functionally with complex datasets to support organizational decision-making.
• Hands-on experience with A/B testing and experiment design.
• Strong SQL proficiency, including reviewing code written by others.
• Experience building data abstractions with dbt or Airflow.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with Operations and Product teams to turn complex business challenges into clear analyses and strategic recommendations.
• Define measurement strategies for program health and operational performance.
• Establish comprehensive metrics, reporting, and monitoring processes.
• Analyze key customer experience and operational metrics to identify trends and opportunities for deeper research.
• Develop and present narratives from analytical findings to senior Operations leaders, highlighting problems and solutions.
• Support the development and maintenance of core reporting abstractions in dbt, BI reporting, and AI semantic layers.
