Schneider Electric is seeking a hands-on Data Engineer with strong AI experience to design, develop, deploy, and support scalable, cloud-native data solutions. You will collaborate with product, architecture, DevOps, and analytics teams to deliver reliable data platforms and post-production support for live systems.

The ideal candidate has 5–8 years in AWS-based data engineering, deep AWS service experience, and proficiency in Python or Node.js.

Formación

• 5–8 years of data engineering experience in AWS-based environments.
• Strong hands‑on experience with AWS services: S3, Lambda, IAM, RDS, Glue, Step Functions.
• Proven experience defining and managing CI/CD workflows with GitHub Actions.
• Solid IaC experience, preferably AWS CloudFormation.
• Strong programming skills in Python or Node.js.
• Experience supporting production systems in live environments.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum delivery practices.
• Understanding of data modeling, governance, quality, and metadata management.
• Experience with data lakes, Lakehouse concepts, and AI/ML workloads.

Responsabilidades

• Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and data platforms in AWS.
• Develop cloud-native data solutions using S3, Lambda, Glue, RDS, Step Functions, IAM.
• Implement IaC using CloudFormation for repeatable deployments.
• Build CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions integrated with CloudFormation.
• Write production-grade code in Python or Node.js.
• Support production operations, troubleshoot incidents, and tune performance.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and data scientists to scale AI workloads.
• Ensure security, scalability, reliability, and cost optimization in cloud architectures.
• Work in an Agile delivery model and participate in code reviews and improvements.
