Unit8 in Madrid is seeking a Senior Data & AI Consultant to join our Data & AI Consulting Practice. You will support data scientists and data engineers, driving the lifecycle from business development to project implementation and client relationship building.

The role offers exposure to state-of-the-art ML models and data science technologies, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and opportunities to shape consulting offerings in a fast-growing AI and analytics services provider.

Formación

• 4–6 years of work experience in a leading management consultancy at the intersection of business & technology or equivalent in a corporate environment.
• Experience advising clients on data-based topics such as advanced analytics, machine learning, data platforms and cloud.
• Ability to identify and prioritise business challenges and craft innovative solutions; strong client relationships.

Responsabilidades

• Consult clients on becoming data-driven, assess data and ML maturity, and define impactful implementation roadmaps.
• Interact with clients to understand data challenges and business questions.
• Collaborate with data scientists, data engineers and IT architects on data-based solutions and ML use cases.
• Advise on data governance, model governance, MLOps and analytics centres of excellence.
• Participate in growth strategy development for new data & AI offerings.
• Contribute to business development through industry engagements and client meetings.
• Support creation of white papers and thought leadership in data science & AI topics.

Are You the team member we are looking for?

Unit8 is looking for a Senior Data & AI Consultant to join our growing Data & AI Consulting Practice in Madrid. Purpose of our Practice is to support our data scientists and data engineers with a holistic data & AI related consulting offering, ranging from technical/ operational to conceptual/ strategic. You will have the opportunity to accompany the implementation of state-of-the-art ML models and data science technologies in real-world, highly impactful challenges. You will drive the the whole lifecycle from business development to project implementation and client relationship building. You will become a core team member and take responsibility for scaling up the consulting practice within a fast-growing AI & Advanced Analytics services provider.

What You'll Do

Your role can evolve and will depend on our clients' and internal challenges.

• consult our clients on their path to become a data-driven company, e.g. by assessing the client's data and machine learning maturity or identifying data-driven use cases and a defining an impactful implementation roadmap
• interact with our clients to understand their data-related challenges and related tech and business questions they need to answer
• collaborate with our data scientists, data engineers and IT architects on the implementation of impactful data-based solutions and machine learning use cases
• consult on the implementation of critical enablers like data governance, model governance, MLOps or analytics centres of excellence
• interact directly with the head of our Data & AI Consulting practice as part of a small, high-performing team to co-develop the growth strategy and concepts for new data & AI consulting offerings
• contribute to our business development in preparing and participating in industry conferences, workshops and client sales meetings
• support the creation of white papers and industry thought leadership on data science & AI-related topics

Requirements

You are

• equipped with 4-6years of work experience in a leading management consultancy at the intersection of business & technology or an equivalent experience in a corporate environment
• experienced in advising clients on data-based topics such as (advanced) analytics , machine learning, data platforms and cloud
• able to quickly identify and prioritise business challenges and provide innovative and relevant solutions, either during an ongoing client project or in business development activities
• talented in building lasting relationships to clients and team members
• a Bachelor's or Master's graduate in IT/ computer science, engineering, business, mathematics or natural sciences
• fluent in English a
