Antal International seeks an experienced Data & AI Manager to join a leading international consulting firm in Madrid. You will drive data transformation projects, advise executives on strategy, and lead multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-impact initiatives.

You will build client relationships, lead proposals and RFPs, and shape transformation roadmaps across data platforms, governance, and AI adoption in a collaborative, hybrid environment.

Formación

• 10–15 years of experience in Data, Analytics, AI or Digital Transformation consulting.
• Proven experience delivering large-scale Data & AI transformation projects.
• Strong background in consulting, business development and account management.
• Experience preparing and leading RFPs, proposals and client presentations.
• Ability to engage and influence C-level executives and senior stakeholders.
• Solid understanding of modern Data & AI ecosystems, including: Data Platforms & Architecture, Cloud Technologies (Azure, AWS and/or GCP), Data Engineering & Analytics, Data Governance & Data Management, AI, ML & Generative AI.
• Strong project leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience managing and mentoring consulting teams.
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Business-oriented, entrepreneurial and client-focused mindset.
• Fluent English and Spanish.

Responsabilidades
