Fortrea Spain is seeking a Senior Clinical Research Associate II (Sr CRA II) to lead site monitoring and site management for clinical studies in Madrid. You will ensure protocol adherence, regulatory compliance, and data integrity while coordinating with sponsors and Fortrea staff.

The role requires extensive monitoring experience, strong knowledge of drug development, and fluency in English and the local language.

Qualifications

• University degree or certification in a related health field; or 6 years of clinical monitoring experience.
• Minimum 2 years in Oncology, Ophthalmology, or Gene Therapy.
• Fluent in local language and in English, both written and verbal.

Responsabilités

• Monitor and manage clinical sites, conduct routine monitoring and close-out visits.
• Ensure informed consent procedures and protocol requirements are followed.
• Ensure data integrity by source document review and timely CRF handling.
• Coordinate monitoring plans and travel efficiently according to Fortrea policy.
• Prepare accurate trip reports and act as site liaison with vendors.
