Job summary

Arcadis seeks a Senior Cost Leader (f/m/d) to join our Cost Management team in Madrid, Barcelona or Lisbon. You will lead cost management efforts for diverse projects, ensuring budget adherence and regulatory compliance.

The role requires strong leadership, data-driven thinking and a track record in cost control. Ideal candidates have 8+ years in cost management, a degree in Construction Management or Architecture, and proficiency with MS Office and MS Project.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years in cost management or related field.
• Degree in Construction Management or Architecture; M&E background welcomed.
• Experience in Data Centers/MEP and Hospitality is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of measurement, cost estimation, contracts & law.
• Consultancy experience is a plus; client-facing skills needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver cost management for complex projects within budget and controls.
• Perform due diligence, prepare cost estimates and cash-flow analyses.
• advise on contractual matters and tender evaluations.
• Monitor contractor performance and validate changes in scope.
• Prepare cost-control reports and financial progress updates.
