Job summary

Greenvolt Next Holding seeks a Contract Senior Manager to safeguard contractual and commercial interests across large-scale EPC and PPA projects. You will advise the CEO DG, Country Manager and Project Director, interpret obligations, manage variations and claims, and coordinate risk management activities.

The role requires a deep understanding of international contracts (FIDIC Yellow Book) and NEC3, with strong negotiation and leadership skills to drive compliant, profitable project outcomes

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Law, or related field; postgraduate or legal qualifications are a plus.
• 15+ years' experience in contract and commercial management within large-scale EPC and PPA contracts.

Responsibilities

• Interpret contracts and subcontracts; advise executives and project teams on rights, obligations, and risk exposures.
• Draft and coordinate contractual correspondence to clients and subcontractors.
• Lead the preparation of variation proposals (RFPs) and value engineering proposals (VEPs).
• Manage development and defence of claims, including EOT and disruption costs.
• Maintain robust records to support variation and claim substantiation.
• Educate teams on contractual obligations and best practices.
• Coordinate Risk & Opportunities process across DG BUs.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and management plans.
• Interface with legal, engineering, construction teams, clients and subcontractors.
