Job summary

Autodesk is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead consulting services for our Midmarket and Named Account customers in the EMEA region. You will manage end-to-end delivery, ensuring on-time, on-budget results and alignment with customer expectations.

based near Barcelona with a hybrid work arrangement, you will guide a delivery team of consultants, ensuring adherence to internal processes and policies while reporting to the South Project Management Manager as an individual contributor.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of Project Management experience in Professional Services/Consulting (IT, AEC or MFG)
• Experience in customer-facing roles and building customer relationships
• Working proficiency in English, French and ideally Spanish
• Structured and organized approach with clear goals
• Value processes and compliance
• Comfortable managing several projects in parallel
• Open to change and novelty; continuous development in PM
• Demonstrated team management skills and collaborative mindset

• Forecast project revenue and contractor service fees
• Participate in account team meetings and customer business reviews

We are looking for you, a Senior Project Manager (English, French & ideally Spanish speaking) to work in our Autodesk Project Management team in EMEA! As a Senior Project Manager, you will manage the execution and completion of Consulting Services for our Midmarket and Named Account customers from start to end.

Consulting services help our Customers realize the full potential of our design, engineering, construction and entertainment software, accelerate their design and solve business and environmental challenges.

You will ensure that projects are delivered on time, on budget, and meet Customer expectations. You oversee the work of the Project delivery team, consisting of one or multiple consultants, during project execution and assure that we are following internal processes and policies. You will report into the Manager of the Project Management team South as an individual contributor. You are based in in commutable distance to our office Barcelona, Spain. You will enjoy flexibility with a hybrid workplace arrangement.

Your main responsibilities will include:

Main Qualifications – You

• Bring up 5-10 years of Project Management experience in Professional Services/Consulting with experience in the IT, AEC or MFG industry
• Have experience in customer-facing roles and enjoy building customer relationships
• Have working proficiency in English, French and ideally Spanish
• Have a structured and organized approach and set yourself clear goals
• Value processes and compliance
• Are comfortable managing several projects in parallel
• Appreciate an environment with frequent change and novelty
• Have a clear interest in Project Management and a commitment to continuous development within the field
• Demonstrate team management skills, coupled with a collaborative and inclusive mindset

Other Qualifications:

• PMP Certification or similar recommended
• Agile knowledge or certification (e.g., Scrum, SAFe, PMI-ACP) a plus
• AI affinity and a proactive mindset toward applying AI to modern project management practices
• Additional European languages welcome

Salary transparency

Salary is one part of Autodesk’s competitive compensation package. For Spain based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $42,000 and $61,600. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range. In addition to base salaries, our compensation package may include annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
