ebiquity in Spain is seeking a Senior Consultant, Client Success to advance media insights and practitioner learning for global clients. The role emphasizes deep media knowledge and client-facing leadership within the Client Success community.

The Senior Consultant will guide the delivery of actionable learnings, manage client relationships, and support junior team members while collaborating with internal and external partners to drive media investment excellence.

Responsabilidades

• Become a media expert both externally (to clients and broader industry partners) and internally (to team members) while already possessing a working knowledge of media.
• Support the delivery of media insights and actionable learnings for a defined set of global clients.
• Manage and grow relationships with existing clients and acquire new ones.
• Assume leadership of an agreed cohort of clients at the appropriate time.
• Provide pastoral and developmental support for junior team members.

Senior Consultant, Client Success

Overview

The Senior Media Consultant is a pivotal role in the Client Success community. The role supports the delivery of media ‘best‑in‑class’ insights and actionable learnings regarding advertisers’ media investment, and helps develop media investment best practices within Client Success. This is not a graduate‑entry role and requires a firm understanding of media.
