Openchip And Software Technologies Sl in Barcelona is seeking a Senior Compiler Engineer to drive the integration of compilers for its RISC-V HPC/AI stack. You will extend LLVM/GCC/MLIR, enabling novel hardware features and performance optimizations on our accelerators.

You will collaborate with ML/AI and hardware teams, map workloads to hardware, and participate in code reviews, debugging, and CI improvements, helping shape a cutting-edge compiler team.

Formación

• Bachelor or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• 5-10 years of experience in the field.
• Experience with compiler frameworks such as LLVM/MLIR/GCC.
• Experience with computation and parallelism APIs like CUDA/OpenCL/OpenML/SYCL.
• Strong knowledge of C/C++ programming languages.
• Experience with benchmarking, debugging, profiling, and tracing.
• Experience with source control (Git) and issue tracking (Jira).

Responsabilidades

• Write code to extend compiler frameworks (GCC, LLVM) for novel hardware features and acceleration.
• Map ML workloads to hardware features; collaborate with ML/AI and hardware teams.
• Participate in code reviews, bug triaging, and design documentation; contribute to CI and documentation.
