Airbus Defence and Space SAU in Getafe is seeking a Communication Systems Product Manager to lead communications architectures across multiple transport programmes. The role involves coordinating system engineering activities, L1/L2 design, and supporting integration, verification, and certification efforts.

You will work with teams across transport aircraft programmes, ensure interface consistency, and contribute to documentation, reviews, and configuration control.

Formación

• Educated to degree level in Engineering, valuable PhD/Telecommunications Engineering Degree.
• Experience in Engineering.
• Experience of >5 years in system engineering or Communications/Avionics related jobs.
• A/C and comms Architecture knowledge of at least one of the following platforms: MRTT, C295/CN235/C212, A400M.
• Be familiar with System Engineering processes (DPs / ABDs) applicable to at least one platform.

Responsabilidades

• Overall Comms System Engineering Activities Coordination (Time, Cost and Quality).
• Overall Comms L1 System Design and Documentation.
• Supporting L1 Integration and Verification, Certification, Security Accreditation & Qualification.
• Coordinate System Reviews for Comms systems.
• Lead L1 Verification Requirements and Coverage Matrix.
• Support L1 Certification and Qualification Plans and Evidences.
• Coordinate and Configuration Control of associated systems.
