HDR is seeking experienced Commissioning Engineers/Managers to join our European team. The role requires a minimum of 8 years in commissioning with strong mechanical and electrical knowledge.

You will manage the full commissioning cycle across projects, coordinate certification strategies, and work closely with clients and contractors to ensure project objectives are met on time and within scope.

Travel across Europe is expected, and opportunities for leadership in complex projects are available.

Formación

• Minimum 8 years of commissioning experience.
• Detailed technical knowledge of mechanical and electrical building services systems.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Creativity and ability to problem-solve quickly.
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
• Ability to work collaboratively and produce high-quality work.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the entire commissioning process for projects.
• Develop commissioning plans, schedules, reports, checklists, and test scripts.
• Coordinate third-party certification strategies and approvals.
• Populate and manage data in project management software.
• Conduct inspections and tests and report findings.
• Assist in tender and construction documentation development.
• Attend meetings representing the commissioning perspective and advise clients.
• Oversee factory tests and sign-off processes.
• Report progress and assist in project close-out.
