Job summary

Stibo DX, Inc. is seeking a Senior Security Architect to shape and strengthen security across our products, platforms, and cloud services.

You will join a small, senior architecture team guiding the transformation to a cloud-native SaaS platform and embedding security by design across engineering, product, and operations. You will drive security governance, risk analysis, and practical security patterns while collaborating with peer architects and stakeholders to ensure secure architecture

Qualifications

• 10+ years in software, cloud, or cybersecurity with 4+ years in senior security architecture.
• Proven experience designing cloud-native, distributed systems in production.
• Experience with SaaS and multi-tenant architectures, including tenant isolation and data protection.
• Leading threat modelling, security reviews, risk assessments, and remediation planning.
• Experience translating security standards into practical controls.
• Strong communication with engineers, product, operations, and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Define security architecture strategy across products, platforms, and cloud services.
• Embed secure-by-design practices into discovery, design, delivery and operation.
• Lead security architecture reviews and threat modelling for initiatives.
• Shape identity and access management, including Zero Trust principles.
• Strengthen cloud and platform security for AWS, Kubernetes, networks, and CI/CD.
• Define reusable security patterns for APIs, multi-tenancy, encryption, and logging.
• Embed security in the software development lifecycle and delivery pipelines.
• Lead governance and compliance work, including policies and audit readiness.
• Translate customer requirements and privacy laws into technical actions.
• Raise security maturity through coaching and cross-team collaboration.
