Sysdig is seeking a senior technical support specialist to join the Customer Reliability team in Spain. You will provide expert guidance on complex customer issues, coordinate with engineering on escalations, and help improve our knowledge base and tools for cloud-native security.

The role requires deep Kubernetes/Linux expertise, scripting ability, and experience with AWS, Azure or GCP. You’ll balance multiple priorities and contribute to on-call rotations in a diverse, inclusive environment.

Formación

• 5+ years of enterprise technical support/escalation experience.
• Master level Kubernetes and Linux experience.
• Scripting with Bash/Shell and/or Python.
• Working knowledge of public cloud services: AWS, Azure, GCP.
• Nice to have: Oracle Cloud or IBM Cloud.

Responsabilidades

• Report to the Manager of Customer Reliability; provide senior level technical knowledge on customer issues.
• Collaborate with development engineering to track escalations, bugs and feature requests.
• Develop troubleshooting sessions, trainings and guides for CRE team members.
• Maintain the internal knowledge base and documentation.
• Document bugs and enhancements from field observations and reproduction.
• Collaborate with the Escalation Management team on high-touch accounts.
• Participate in on-call rotation.
