EPAM seeks a Senior DevOps Engineer in Malaga, Spain, in a hybrid mode. You will design, automate and operate enterprise-scale cloud platforms supporting trading systems, leveraging Azure and/or AWS, Kubernetes, Infrastructure as Code, and CI/CD to drive modernization and resilience.

You will work with a global hedge fund to ensure reliability, high availability, and security at scale, building for performance and collaborating on deployment strategies and incident response.

Formación

• 15+ years of professional IT infrastructure, systems engineering, DevOps or cloud engineering.
• 7+ years in public cloud platforms (Azure and/or AWS)
• Deep knowledge of Kubernetes and container orchestration, IaC, CI/CD pipelines and monitoring/observability tools like Prometheus/Splunk.

Responsabilidades

• Architect, implement and manage cloud-native platforms on Azure and/or AWS.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and automation frameworks (GitLab).
• Deploy and optimize Kubernetes clusters and container orchestration systems.
• Develop infrastructure-as-code templates (Terraform) for resource management.
• Establish observability practices with monitoring, logging and alerting.
• Identify performance bottlenecks and lead root-cause analysis for critical incidents.
• Create automation to improve developer productivity and release velocity.
• Ensure security, compliance and high availability across multi-cloud environments.
• Partner with development teams to design deployment strategies.
• Contribute to platform reliability engineering and disaster recovery testing.
