ALiCE Biometrics seeks a cloud infrastructure expert to design, scale, and secure the cloud-based SaaS identity platform. You will own cloud and on-premise infrastructure, collaborating with product and research teams to architect a highly scalable platform.

This role requires 3+ years in public cloud, strong SaaS patterns experience, and expertise in Kubernetes, Docker, Helm, and Google Cloud. Remote work is supported with occasional in-office collaboration.

Formación

• Bachelor or Master’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience with public cloud platforms, preferably Google Cloud.
• Familiarity with SaaS software development patterns and hosting best practices.
• Ability to learn technology and business concepts quickly.
• Experience with Python a plus.
• Expert knowledge of service orchestration and virtualization using Kubernetes, Helm & Docker.
• Strong IT security experience and knowledge of compliance and auditing processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Architect cloud components including network, security, identity, operations and governance in Google Cloud.
• Build multi-tenant SaaS systems leveraging Kubernetes.
• Collaborate with product and engineering to develop scalable API solutions.
• Document cloud best practices and guardrails for cloud technologies.
• Operationalize PoCs into production with automation for repeatability and maintainability.
• Script deployments and infrastructure components.
• Monitor and ensure accountability for the Google Cloud production environment.
• Optimize costs and spending in the Google Cloud environment.
