Thermo Fisher Scientific is seeking a Senior Clinical Trial Coordinator in Madrid, Spain, to provide administrative and technical support to the Project Team. You'll coordinate trial activities and may serve as a study lead, acting as a cross-functional liaison and buddy during onboarding.

You will support process improvements, maintain study documentation, and manage systems like GoBalto and eTMF while ensuring quality and timely deliverables.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 4+ years of related clinical trial coordination experience.
• Strong organizational and regulatory knowledge; English proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and facilitate project activities and may lead studies.
• Review documents and ensure timely, within-budget task completion.
• Maintain study documentation and support RBM activities.
• Provide training to new staff and support process improvements.
• Schedule meetings and prepare meeting minutes; ensure regulatory tracking.
• Support GoBalto & eTMF systems and regulatory submissions.
